CIPCAP is a complete solution capable of programming your robots in a few clicks. Designed originally to work with ABB robots, the App can be adapted to any major manufacturer of robots, Fanuc, Kuka and others.
By loading a .dxf file, we inform the App about the shape of the parts, their position and the number of columns and rows. Anyone can easily choose the right position into the pallet and the number of parts per column. After validation, cipcap creates the right program that will be stored into the robot. As easy as that! In less than 2 minutes.
Asai also offers you the possibility to design and manufacture the most appropriate tool to handle your parts. If you need an adjustable tool or several tools, cipcap will tell you how to adjust it or witch tool is the ideal one for the current part.
CIPCAP is delivered running into an industrial PC with a perpetual license. An installation fee may apply.
