A system that permits the automatic counting of (coat) hangers, through a counting unit that consists of high frequency fotocells.

  • The system works with a combination of speed measurement and rail position unit.
  • Tilting skates permit the alignment and the separation of the hangers for a correct measurement. Hanger stabilizing system activated using the proper kinetic energy of the conveyor.
  • The system can be installed at the truck downloading platforms as well as at the factory lines, warehouses and stores.
  • The system reads the information of the garment blocks through fixed or manual bar code scanners.
  • The whole system can be connected to a central computer or a programmable device that receives, processes and interrelates the information.
